At an elevation of 2,142 feet, Rabun Gap, GA, is an unincorporated community located approximately 10 minutes north of Clayton, GA. This community is home to the highly acclaimed Rabun Gap-Nacoochee School, a college preparatory boarding school for grades Pre-K through 12;  The Hambidge Center, a world renowned artist residency center and private nature preserve and Andy’s Trout Farm, a great spot to take the family fishing for native rainbow trout! It’s a great spot to look for Rabun Gap real estate!

Rabun Gap is also home to Wolffork Valley, one of the most beautiful farming valleys in the area and where the headwaters of the Little Tennessee River begin at Keener Creek. Enjoy staying at the Sylvan Falls Mill Bed &  Breakfast, home to a 175+ year old fully operational grist mill!
